An Island resident has a starring role in the McDonald's Christmas advert for TV.
Former Ballakermeen pupil Bettie Moon appears in the ad which sees hoards of revelers abandon their festive activities to head en-mass to a McDonalds to try their Christmas menu.
It's not the first advert Bettie has appeared in, having featured in one for KFC.
Bettie lives in London now where asides from working as an actress, she is also a model and a professional dancer.
