A local charity is offering mental health support via Facebook.

Motiv8 Addiction Services is now moving its groupwork recovery programme online.

The groups are designed for anyone who may be stressed or anxious during the Coronavirus outbreak.

The groups are available for everyone - with each topic focusing on managing your mental health and well-being.

You can get involved in the live broadcasts, ask questions of the team at Motiv8, and others involved in the programme.
