A local man will attempt to cycle for 24 hours this weekend - all in the name of charity.
John Garrood, who works for Lloyds Bank will take on the challenge this Saturday.
Starting from 10am in Ramsey, John will attempt to cover as much distance as possible in one day.
All proceeds raised will go towards mental health charity Isle Listen.
