Local recruitment agency says job market is booming

The Isle of Man's job market is currently booming according to a leading local recruitment agency.

Search and Select say that despite a post Covid dip, the market has returned in a big way, with demand for skilled workers currently outstripping supply.

Sally Fenton is the MD at Search and Select, she says candidate availability is proving a challenge for employers currently.

She says although they're able to find the majority of workers locally, they have received lots of interest internationally:
