A man accused of drink-driving will appear in court again in January.
Stewart Gray of Douglas Road in Ballasalla appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 47 year old denies driving while over the limit on June 9.
Magistrates bailed him to appear in court again at a pre-trial review hearing on January 12 before his trial takes place on February 27.
