Police say a man in Ramsey has come forward to return £300 after a woman lost her wages.
Officers launched an appeal on Friday, after a man was spotted picking up a woman's wages which she'd dropped outside Raymotors on Albert Road at around 3pm.
On Facebook today, the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team says the man came forward and told officers someone in a silver car picked up some notes which were blowing into the road.
They say there's no suspicion the man stole the money, and he hadn't seen social media posts about it - police say they've thanked him for returning the cash.
