A man has admitted shouting at his son's nine year old bully during an incident at a school.
Michael Trevor France who is 33 and of Conk Y Berry View in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The court was told France went to a school to tell the boy he'd 'bang him' for bullying his son on May 22.
He was charged with using threatening or abusive words or behaviour which was withdrawn by the prosecution.
France accepted his behaviour had fallen below an acceptable standard and was given a binding over order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for 12 months in the sum of £500.
