Four Manx Care anaesthetists have had manslaughter charges against them dismissed after challenging their committal to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
Dr Katherine Mary Teare of Clenagh Road in Sulby, Janos Miklos Palotas of Mwillun Dooahh Terrace in Braddan, Dr Alison Jane Hool of Jacks Lane in Ramsey and Dr Sheila Elizabeth Clarke of the Poachers Pocket in Ballasalla appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
All had been charged with manslaughter through gross negligence on February 4 last year, but all charges were marked discharged after the hearing.
