The government is launching a scheme to help those with disabilities and long-term health conditions return to work.
The Manx Reskill Scheme was approved by Tynwald last month, and is based on a scheme introduced in 2020 for people who haven't worked for at least a year due to illness.
It means eligible employers can claim 100% of salary costs for the first six months, 75% for the next three months, and 50% up to 12 months.
Further information, including application forms, will follow in due course.
