Plans to house art and design students at the Market Hall in Douglas will be officially unveiled on Thursday.
Douglas Council and the Isle of Man College have entered into a partnership in an effort to turn the hall into an educational facility.
If approved the plans would serve as a base for students providing workshop and studio space and areas for exhibitions.
