The Manx Emergency Doctors Service will be closing between midnight and 8am until further notice.
Manx Care says this is due to sickness within the team, and the decision to close the service has ‘not been taken lightly.’
An answerphone message will signpost callers, and the management team is working with other services.
During these times, if you believe the reason you’re calling the service cannot wait until when your GP opens, you should go to the Emergency Department.
