Merged cancer charity sets out ambitious targets

Two Manx charities have merged to create Isle of Man Breast Cancer Now - a charity hoping to stop death from the disease by 2050.

 
That's chief executive officer Baroness Delyth Morgan who launched the charity this week. 
 
Every 45 minutes, a woman in Britain loses her fight with breast cancer - any funds raised will ultimately be directed at driving pioneering research.
 
When leader of the Isle of Man group Angie Aire was diagnosed - her friend, Mayor Sara Hackman told us she was inspired to champion the cause:
