Plans to omit the Legislative Council from electing future Chief Ministers have taken a step forward.
Michael MHK Alf Cannan moved to introduce a 'Private Member's Bill' in the House of Keys this week.
It's being requested that the word 'Tynwald' be replaced with 'House of Keys' - Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas says it's more complicated that it seems:
