The recruitment of GP's on Island will be brought up by a member of Tywnald this week.
In a question for written response Rushen MHK Juan Watterson will ask Health Minister, David Ashford MHK, what action has been taken on bringing on doctors since the closure of the Promenade Medical Centre in Douglas.
The medical centre closed earlier this year and had over 4,000 patients on its books.
Announcing the closure in February, the practice stated each patient would be assigned to another practice based on post codes and individual needs.
