Douglas East MHK Joney Faragher has said it appears government does not have the mechanism needed to action positive change on the Lord Street bus station site.
She said her concerns relate to both the future provision of a bus station for the town, and the lack of promised development on such a key location.
Her concerns are born out of the latest update offered by Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall, which she deemed unsatisfactory.
