MHKs to face public grilling in panel event

The public will have a chance to grill a panel of MHKs at an event organised by the League of Friends of Ramsey Cottage Hospital.

In a change from usual, the meeting on Friday will be held outside of Ramsey at Sulby Community Hall.

Treasury Minister Eddie Teare, MHK Geoff Corkish and the former Ayre MHK Edgar Quine will be on the panel answering questions.

Chairman of the League of Friends, Leonard Singer, told 3FM the event was being held to say thank you.

The event starts at 7.30pm. Admission is free and everyone is welcome to attend.
