The government says immigration to the Island is putting a strain on schools in the East and South.
A Council of Ministers report on migration is due to be considered by Tynwald in October.
The document says in 2022 and 2023, schools saw 325 unexpected arrivals - mostly in the East of the Island.
And it adds migration to the east and south of the Island is placing a strain on schools in those areas.
