Onchan MHK Julie Edge put a question for written answer to Minister for Health and Social Care Claire Christian about payments for salaries, severance pay and secondments since 2019.
In her response, Ms Christian said Manx Care couldn't share the requested information.
She added it contains personal data which is protected and can only be given out when legally appropriate.
