Health and Social Care Minister Kate Beecroft says she's considering ending free prescriptions.
The Department of Health and Social Care is consulting on changes to diagnosis, treatment, and care.
The department says it's consulting about making people pay for their prescriptions, sight tests and dental treatment.
It means many who currently get prescriptions free will have to pay - and those who pay for prescriptions will see charges rise from £3.85 to £5 per item.
Those serving time in prison won't see any price rises, however.
Mrs Beecroft calls the extra money raised "a welcome addition".
You can let the department know what you think here.
