The Council of Ministers is considering whether to allow 92 new homes to be built in Peel.
Dandara wants to build 92 houses on Glenfaba Road, phase two of its housing development in the west.
The company also plans to have two public open spaces - one with a "Manx Glen" look and the other as open parkland.
The application is currently under consideration by the Council of Ministers, who may decide its outcome.
