Tynwald will get updates from the chief minister and treasury minister during its first sitting of the parliamentary year.
Chief Minister Alf Cannan is due to give an Autumn Statement, while Dr Alex Allinson will give the court a financial update.
During this week's government conference, Dr Allinson said the government is set to overrun its budget by around £16 million, while Mr Cannan said £10 million in cuts and savings will be made next year.
Tynwald is due to sit from October 15.
