Douglas has been hit by minor flooding as high spring tides overtop the harbour.
The Met Office issued a yellow warning about minor flooding at high tide (1.30pm) this morning.
Photos shows water lapping over the Tongue in Douglas as well as a car park next to the river on Lake Road.
The warning runs until 3.30pm.
