    Money for new tram stables can be recouped says Minister

    Building a new temporary tram stables on the former Summerland site could cost up to £200,000.

    That's according to the Department of Infrastructure which says it hopes to be able to recoup that money in the long term: 
     
     
    A planning application has been submitted - it's after an inspection found the Strathallan building had 'significant structural issues'. 
     
    Minister Ray Harmer says due to that the department doesn't want to buy the site which is up for the sale:
