Manx Care says only a tiny number of Manx-trained nursing staff ended up leaving the Island to work.
A Freedom of Information request asked how many nurses had been trained on-Island since 2018, and how many left to pursue their careers.
In its response, Manx Care said 108 adult and mental health nurses had been trained on the Isle of Man in the past six years.
Of those, just three left the Island, and only two gave up nursing altogether.
