Mountain road closed for removal of TT & MGP safety equipment

Road will remain closed until 16:30

The Mountain road is going to be closed throughout this morning and part of the afternoon.

It shut to traffic at 9.30am and it’s expected to remain closed until 4.30pm at the latest.

The closure is to allow for the safe removal of TT and MGP safety equipment.

The works teams say there is a chance the road could reopen sooner if they finish ahead of schedule.
