New flexible working hours speeding up roadworks

 

That's the Infrastructure Minister - his department has cut the number of senior management staff to empower juniors to get on with the job. 

 

Unions worked with the Highways Service Division in establishing new operational hours which will be beneficial to the Mountain Course maintenance works.
