Tynwald will be asked to approve more than £3 million for a ‘crucial’ neonatal intensive care unit at Noble’s Hospital.
The Department of Health says the new facility will help provide safe, high-quality and effective care for newborn babies who require specialist help.The current neonatal unit was designed in the mid-1990s and needs updating – if approved, work could start this month.
