The Colby Glen pub will continue its traditional menu and Sunday roasts 'for the time being.'

Everything in the bar area and restaurant will be business as usual, as the new tenants take a slow initial approach.
Shri adds that they still plan to 'satisfy the need for good, authentic and imaginative Indian food in the south of the Island,' and will introduce this in the near future.
