    NHS changes to go before House of Keys

    Plans to change the face of the Island's NHS could take a step forward in the House of Keys today.

    If agreed by politicians the National Health Service could soon become the 'National Health and Care Service' - and with alterations to the name come revisions to its powers. 
     
    The new Bill is expected to cut red tape in Tynwald for greater ease in passing legislation - here's Health and Social Care Minister Howard Quayle:
