No plans ahead for forced marriage legislation

That's according to the Health and Social Care Minister who says given the current pressures the issue isn't one "in the queue": 

 

 

In the House of Keys last week Howard Quayle was quizzed on the level of training given to health and social care staff to enable them to identify potential victims.
