Manx Care has undergone a peer review from a UK hospital.
Cheshire and Merseyside Major Trauma Network visited Noble's Hospital Trauma Unit earlier this month to measure it against national and regional standards.
The organisation says initial feedback has been positive but the inspection highlighted some areas for development.
