Norman Wisdom's former home on sale

The former home of Sir Norman Wisdom has gone on sale.

Ballalaugh in Andreas won't come cheap though... commanding an asking price of £1.25million and boasting four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three reception rooms.

The legendary comedian bought the property back in 1980 and lived on Island for much of his later life - moving to Abbotswood Nursing Home in Ballasalla in 2007 where he died three years later in 2010 aged 95.

Chrystals - who the home is listed with - says it's been completely refurbished and designed to take advantage of the spectacular views of the countryside.
