A bird charity says it's hopeful three ducks will make a full recovery and be released back into the wild after a pollution incident.
Manx Wild Bird Aid says Donald, Trevor and Derek were rescued in Governors Hill on December 30 after being coated in cooking oil.
The organisation says it suspects the oil was poured into a street drain that emptied into their pond - people are reporting seeing more contaminated ducks.
The charity says it's cleaned the three in its care and hopes it'll be able to release them soon.
