A decision to take the Douglas Promenade TT beer tent contract from Bushy's Brewery has sparked outrage online.
Thousands of people have taken to social media to criticise the decision by Douglas Council, which announced it's given the contract to the Hooded Ram brewery instead of Bushy's.
An online petition protesting the move has already been set up, less than a day after the results of the tender process was revealed.
These drinkers say they're angry at the local authority:
Boycotting the bottleneck car park next year. @bushys

Good luck to @HoodedRam @DouglasBoroughC in finding a "wider audience" than this at the Bottleneck @bushys #handsoffbushys pic.twitter.com/2FZ51LeS9R

In Isle Of Man news: disgusted that Douglas Corp has removed the TT tender (no, that's nothing to do with me) from Bushys. Idiots.

It's a joke. The uproar will be loud and long. Council have underestimated loyalty to bushys from all quarters.
