Police have seized more than £95k of controlled drugs and cash since border restrictions were relaxed in June.
The update comes from a constabulary campaign called Operation Strongbox, launched this summer in partnership with Merseyside and Lancashire police forces.
Included in the total was a number of heroin seizures with a street value of more than £43,000.
The street value of the drugs, added to the cash (criminal proceeds) seized totalled £95,752.
A Isle of Man police spokesman said the drugs seized also included cocaine, amphetamine and steroids.
He added: "A number of people are going through the legal system. We would ask that anyone considering getting involved in the drug trade to the island rethink their proposed actions. We will make best efforts to catch you and you may go to jail for a long time.
"We would like to thank the Public for their support with the operation and it has been great to chat with visitors as they have been arriving".
