Passenger watchdog 'suprised' over patient transfer contract

An Island passenger watchdog says it's concerned about changes to the patient transfer service in the UK.

The Department of Health and Social Care has dropped Bridgewater Cars after a tender process - it's not yet been confirmed who's taking over.

Bridgewater takes patients from Liverpool Airport to hospitals in the area for treatment - the change of contract has sparked an outpouring of anger from those affected.
