A Peel man who’s alleged to have broken a man’s jaw in two places during a fight outside a pub has been bailed.
Paul David Whitehead of Primrose Lane appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 34 year old denies assault causing grievous bodily harm and disorderly behaviour on licensed premises at the Peveril Hotel on East Quay on October 29.
He was committed to stand trial in the Court of General Gaol Delivery and bailed in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t contact witnesses in the case, and he’ll appear in the higher court on a date to be fixed.
