Douglas Borough Council's £12.6 million social housing project has opened its doors.
The 66-apartment complex, based on Peel Road, will see people move in from the council's Lord Street flats, as well as those on housing waiting lists.
It features 18 one-bed flats, 48 two-bed units, and 28 parking spaces available on site.
