An Island developer is looking to build nearly 20 industrial units at a site in Braddan.
The application has been put forward by Dandara to construct 18 of them at Middle Park.
Dandara says they would supersede a scheme previously approved at the site due to the number and size of units proposed being smaller.
The plans are now subject to approval.
