An industrial estate in the south of the Island could grow in size if planning proposals are approved.
An application has been put forward to create eight new units on land off Harcourt Drive at Balthane Industrial Estate in Ballasalla.
If given the green light, it would also see parking, footpaths and associated roads constructed.
The proposals are now subject to approval.
