A former warehouse in Douglas could be converted into flats, if a planning application is approved.
Mar Ellison of Royal Avenue West in Onchan has applied for permission to convert the former Co-op warehouse in Millmount, next to the Mylchreest car showroom.
The proposals would see 24 two-bedroomed apartments built overlooking the River Dhoo.
The application also includes car parking spaces for residents.
