A company's applied for permission to build a new entrance to an office block in central Douglas.
Rose Estates Ltd has asked for planning permission to build a new doorway for Victory House on Prospect Hill.
The company says the proposals would mean a new entrance would lead into the building's third level.
At present, the building has its main entrance opposite Isle of Man Bank on Athol Street.
