It could be last orders for an Onchan pub, as an Island brewery plans to turn it into housing.
Heron and Brearley, based in Kewaigue, says it wants to transform the Liverpool Arms, which closed last year.
The company says the site no longer features in its plans after investing in other nearby pubs.
And it adds the pub simply isn't viable because of difficulties recruiting staff and poor winter trade.
