    Police gender roles "unrecognisable" after 25 years

    Gender roles in the Isle of Man Constabulary are being levelled out over time. 

    The Island has boasted female officers since Margaret Corkill joined in 1976 - she passed away earlier this year.
     
    Since values-based recruitment was introduced in 2007 - the number of student officers being recruited has soared.
     
    Inspector Cathryn Bradley has been working in the job for the last 25 years - she explains how it's changed:
