Power out in Onchan and surrounding area

The MEA have confirmed to 3FM that most of Onchan and the surrounding area are currently without power.

They are awaiting on the word of their engineers who have just arrived on site.

Currently it's anticipated that the cause of the outage is down to a breaker issue.

No time limit has been put on the operation as yet although it's anticipated it will take at least an hour maybe two to rectify.
