Plans to transform Douglas Promenade need to be 'straightforward' with a focus on a 'structural solution'.
That's the message from the new Infrastructure Minister who says he's keen to resolve the controversial highway as soon as possible:
Glenfaba and Peel MHK Ray Harmer was appointed to the position on Monday - taking up his first ministerial post.
