Ongoing traffic management during the refurb on Douglas Promenade has cost nearly £356,000.
The figure was revealed in response to a Freedom of Information request which asked what the cost is for the coning and signage in the area while the works are taking place.
The project has come under scrutiny recently, with Infrastructure Minister, Ray Harmer MHK, saying the initiative is currently running around nine weeks behind schedule.
So far it's projected to be completed by October next year.
