Ramsey Commissioners say they've called off bin emptying on Friday because of Storm Eowyn.
The local authority says it's made the decision in the interests of safety.
Bins will be emptied on Monday instead, and the Northern Civic Amenity Site will be closed all day.
Also shut for the day is the Town Hall, library and civil registry.
