Friends and relatives of bereaved people on the Isle of Man are being urged to offer support over what's been described as a particularly emotional time of the year.
Cruse Bereavement Care says for people who've lost someone the Christmas and New Year period can be 'very raw'.
The charity is asking people to be supportive of those who are grieving by being there if they want to talk or giving them space if they don't.
