Released birds unlikely to survive in wild

Two birds that were released into the wild by a trespasser over the weekend are unlikely to be seen again.

That's the opinion of owner Alan Jackson who says he doesn't think his two Goshawks can survive in the wild: 
 
 
Their secluded aviary in the Greeba Curraghs was cut open at some point between 5pm on Saturday and 3.30pm on Sunday. 
 
Police are now investigating - Alan says he can't understand why he's been targeted:
